Breastfeeding Network’s walking group
Come along and join us for one of our Breastfeeding Network peer support walking groups. The group is run by our volunteers and the Healthy Living Platform, who will lead a walk around Brockwell Park, finishing at the Community Gardens where a Healthy Living Platform Food Ambassador will have prepared some lunch, so families can have a chat and a bite to eat. Once you're signed up, a member of the Lambeth Breastfeeding Network team will get in touch with further details. The meeting point at 11am is at One O'clock club which is located on the western, Tulse Hill road side of the park, near the playground. Two gates to the park which are nearest to One O'clock club are from Tulse Hill Road and from Arlingford Road. When walking for example from Jubilee Primary school and Children's Centre, turn right onto Tulse Hill road towards Tulse Hill station and after few minutes' walk, turn left onto alleyway leading to the park. Once in the park, the One O'clock club is on your left. Hope to see you on a walk soon!

Zumba Fitness
This is a fun and easy dance workout especially for pregnant women and new mums wearing their baby in a sling or baby carrier (but don't worry if you get tired, baby can lie and watch on the mat). Your baby stays right there with you and is a great part of the workout and very much involved in helping you to tone up, burn calories and release 'happy' hormones.
