This is a fun and easy dance workout especially for pregnant women and new mums wearing their baby in a sling or baby carrier (but don't worry if you get tired, baby can lie and watch on the mat). Your baby stays right there with you and is a great part of the workout and very much involved in helping you to tone up, burn calories and release 'happy' hormones.

Bring your mini athletes along to our fun-filled
sports session. Learn and explore how to run, jump and throw together, whilst learning to follow instructions, making friends and developing gross motor skills.

This session is perfect for walkers, but all 0-3s are welcome!
