Join our friendly team at our popular free drop in sessions. No need to book, partners and other family members are welcome. If you have any feeding queries or just fancy a chat and meet other parents, this is the space for you. We welcome and encourage expecting parents to join the session.

Please arrive at 11.30am at the latest to ensure there is enough time to support you.
