While we’ve said goodbye to our much-loved home in Loughborough Junction, our mission remains the same: to celebrate carnival, culture, creativity and community by creating spaces where people can learn, create and connect.

Celebrating 60 Years of Notting Hill Carnival
August is packed with activities as we celebrate 60 years of Notting Hill Carnival, sharing its history, creativity and traditions with families and our community.
Family Carnival Culture Workshops

Join us for free family workshops exploring: Carnival costume making, Stories and history of Notting Hill Carnival, Creative hands-on activities inspired by Carnival.

Drums to Steel Pan: The Rhythm That Carried Me Home

Help create a public artwork inspired by the iconic Sailor Mas costume for Brixton House.
Meet Ray Allan Mahabir, award-winning Notting Hill Carnival designer and Sunshine’s Artistic Director, and discover the stories behind one of Carnival’s most enduring traditions. Everyone is welcome to contribute.
Community Tapestry Project at the Garden Museum
